At I.AM.GIA, we want you to be obsessed with your fit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our automated Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postage location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
